The Assembly is alleging that CEO of the club Obed Nana Kwame Nketia has refused to pay the Assembly's percentage of the gate proceeds from their matches played at the Berekum Golden City Park.
Speaking to the CEO of the club, he said the Assembly has not been able to maintain the park and some facilities which needs to be taken care of are not in good shape so he has been using that percentage to maintain the park.
"I have been using my money maintain the park because the Assembly has refused to do so, they can pay me back my money if not am not giving them their share of the gate proceeds.
He said he will choose a different venue for the rest of the Matches if they prevent Chelsea FC from playing their matches on the pitch.
